           SUMMER CAMP         

 BEGINS MON. JUNE 9, 2008 CAMP

                                     CAMP HOURS 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Registration fee is $45.00  
This fees does not include the summer camp t-shirt that is mandatory. The cost is
$12.50.  

Breakfast, Lunch and snack are included in the prices listed below.  
All field trips are extra and not included in tuition.

The cost is $110.00 per child for all children ages 6 and over.

The cost per child under 6 years of age will be the tuition rate of the Centers fees.  
Family discounts will be $5.00 off per week per each additional child.
(Family discount rates only apply to immediate family brothers & sisters.)

BEFORE AND AFTER CARE IS AVAILABLE AT A CHARGE OF $10.00 ADDITIONALLY
PER WEEK.
This fee is due at the beginning of the week with tuition, no exceptions.  All children enrolled in
before and after care are to be picked up by 6:30 pm or late fees will be applied.

A copy of your child's shot record is needed if they are currently not a student of Precious
Angels Academy.
